  1. +3 is easier

  2. It actually works just as well without having to strum the Bm chord. Just a tip for people like me who are either lazy or whose fingers don’t stretch all that way yet! Haha.

    • LittlePrincess

Haha! Was about to say the same thing! It’s much easier without the B chord- I worked it out halfway through the song after my fingers started going red and hurting! :)

  3. i might be wrong but i think its “gentle” not “tip-toe”. is that just me or am i right idk?

  4. i love it so much gosh

  5. connorgwin

If you wanna sing it use -2

  6. connorgwin

@nesssa its tip-toe for the first and gentle for the second

  7. Hi can someone tell me the strumming pattern? Idk where to find it

  8. Here’s a tip for those who want to play By but find it difficult:just play the first three strings and leave out that other string that makes it difficult to play :)

  9. If you want to play Bm but you can’t, play just the bottom three strings of the second fret if you can’t reach the other! :)

  10. Smartekles

-2 is easy. It sounds good too and it’s good if u can’t hit the notes
Everyone go subscribe to my YouTube channel. Smartekles. The real one has 15 subs. Thank u so much!

  11. Ellie Armstrong

It is gentle both times. If you don’t trust me-a random internet stranger- watch the music video. You can see her say it.

  12. It is tip-toe. Melanie sings it in the song multiple times if you listen to it. It has never been “gentle” nor will it ever be.

  13. In the music video, Melanie runs her fingers over her hand like person walking signifying that it is indeed tip-toe, not gentle

  14. CRANKTHATFRANK

    DONT EAT SOAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. PatrickStumpIsMyFather

-2 is easy and it also works well with my voice. Dunno about anyone else. And yeah it’s tip-toe. She makes it obvious in the music video.

    Thanks! This is awesome.
0 is fairly easy, and I’ve found that if you only strum once for each cord (excluding the chorus part) it sounds pretty good.

  17. Stevenukuverse

For strumming I like to single strum each chord on the verses and then use DUDUU

  18. TaxiCabHometown

I accidentally read it as wash my mouth out with soup…

  19. RileyThatAwkwardThing
